Regarding the bug. It is not possible to fix block glitching as it is caused by the plugin that MCGamer uses. You can break the block in your Minecraft client because you were meant to be able to break them in the actual game. But they are not meant to be broken in the server. So whenever you break a block, it breaks and disappears in your own Minecraft client, but the server realizes that that specific block is missing and therefore puts it back in its place. That is blockglitching.
