Brace yourselves... [The 5th MCGamer Awards Update]

Hello tributes! I'd like to thank those who suggested categories on the suggestion thread and on the Google Form as the suggestion period has come to an end. Our team of skilled writers, innovators, and artists are all working together to make this year's final MCGamer Awards better than ever. We have been working for days on end coming up with brand new award categories and using a lot of suggestions that you have brought forward and from my position, overlooking the whole event, I can tell you, our team is doing incredible.

We will be bringing back old favourites, promoting new categories and we're implementing a rule that you all will love. What's the number one most annoying thing about the results day? Finding out that a YouTuber/well known member has completely thrashed the competition, or the fact that no one ever gives the 'little guy' a shot? Well worry no more, we are implementing a Following Restriction. This means that users of a large following have restricted categories that they can win. You will find out more on how this works at a later date, I don't want to give out all the fun in one post.

As mentioned above, I don't want to give out more, but here is a treat for those of you who have been waiting ever so patiently:

Thank you so much for putting restrictions on categories. That was needed so badly. I think we were all about ready to lose it if Huahwi got nominated for "Best Graphics Designer."

Anyways, I'm excited to see how things will play out this time around for "Best Moderator", "Best Forumer" (Miner9823 for top 3?) and "Best PvPer".

By the phrase, 'post a lot', I'm assuming you mean forumers?
Forumers with a lot of followers gained their followers by posting a lot.
They don't get a reputation because of their follower count - they get a follower count because of their reputation.
Also,

This means that users of a large following have restricted categories that they can win.

That means that people with a large fan-base will be restricted in what they can win. For example, Hauhwi would be eligible for Best YouTuber and Livestreamer, but he wouldn't be eligible for Best Moderator or Best Forumer. Even if people voted for him, their votes wouldn't count because he's not a forumer/Mod.

So I think your original question may have been mistaken in the first place, but it's OK.

I'm excited to see how this round will turn out. In Round 4, there was much less competition for best forumer, but this round we have BitoBain and Miner9823 who I believe are both eyeing the top spot. This should be awesome!
I'm also personally looking out for best Livestreamers, if that's a thing. I think Huahwi will probably end up winning, but it'll be cool to get to know who some other top MCG streamers are aside from him.
