In game ranks can take up to 24 hours to go through.

When purchasing a rank or anything in the MCGamer Shop, please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for it to sync over to your Minecraft account.

If it has been long than that, please email the MCGamer Support team at [email protected] with the following items:

• Your Minecraft Username
• Proof of Purchase (Receipt)

Please allow roughly a week for them to respond to you as they are very busy people as well as they do not work on the weekends.
