To start off I had the same issue yesterday, a couple of mods said my evidence was insufficient even a SR MOD said it but in the end Ceroria saved the day by banning the hacker. Thanks pal

You recorded in 1 person, which is way harder to tell whether someone has good ping or hacks. You failed your fns 2 times which allowed him to get 2 crits on you . If you DIDNT fail your fns 2 times and got him on fire however he kept getting those hits I'd say it would be sufficient however for right now I think its not.

First person video evidence is extreemly hard to judge, and in this case it's not sufficient evidence. Could be hacks, could be just or internet, could be just some lucky hits.

Mods aren't allowed to ban unless it's 100% clear that the user in the video is using hacks

If you ever have a problem with a moderator you can report them to Senior staff. Usually moderators have a very good idea of what a hacker looks like and what hacks they are using, more than what some people give respect for. However, as stated above first person evidence is very hard to judge and most of the time we rarely ever accept first person evidence unless it is blatant.
