Best Slot to put Fishing Rod in Hotbar

i dont usualy organise invantory i just let flow

Here's how I set it up (it works well for me):

1. Sword
2. Bow
3. Flint and Steel
4. Fishing Rod
5. Golden Apples
6. Food
7. Food
8. Food
9. Arrows

 

[Ceroria]

1. Sword (Easy access to pressing "1" for attacks)
2. Bow (Quick scroll action from sword-to-bow)
3. FISHING ROD (I got into the habit of scrolling over two to get to mai fishing rod, it's just easy for me)
4. Fuud
5. Fuud
6. Fuud
7. Golden Apple (Easy-ish scrolling access from your "1" slot then down from "9" to "7")
8. Flint and Steeeel (Fire is fun. And even more fun when it's easily accessible. The 8 key is practically just like the 3 key because you only have to scroll two slots from your sword to get to it...)
9. Moar Flint and Stteeel (Even easier scrolling access. All I have to do is scroll forward one, light a fire, and keep running...)
