Nope it's made for making the file sizes smaller than other programs/codecs.

It is, lol. I am not saying they don't work, they just downgrade my frames or they have a bad file size

They downgrade your frames because your PC can't handle recording, the file sizes is big because you are recording on a high quality setting.

Hello ! My name is Edward, and I need your guy's help.
So recently, my recording software (Open Broadcaster Software) messed up, and the same thing with Action and Fraps.
Can anyone recommend me a good recording software with no FPS lag and good quality to record Minecraft ? (Besides Action, OBS, Fraps, Bandicam and Raptr)
Something that doesn't make big files and has good quality... I would be very thankful.

Any recording software will drop your frames if you CPU is not fast enough.
Great Quality = Bigger files.
ShadowPlay supports local recording via GPU encoding, which I guess may decrease the CPU usage.

I don't care what anyone says! Pay for Action its 100% worth it and its loaded with options and will save you a lot of time when edited since its smaller files than fraps and other recording programs!
