I've heard that that's only available in certain locations though, otherwise that's the winner.
I have Time Warner and it isn't that good, very inconsistent, and I don't have good speeds (that part isn't their fault, want better speeds, pay more). The only thing that saves my connection to the server is that I live closer to it than most people. But, I have heard good things about Verizon Fios, cheaper than TWC and same speeds and they offer much higher speeds.

I have Comcast right now. I get ~50-70 Mbps down and ~15-25 up. Not bad, and I never get dropped connections or anything like that. Paying bills and customer service in general are ****, however.
