Best Graphics card to run Shaders?

Just a quick thread.
Whats the best graphics card for shaders. I dont know my specs but all i know is that i have 8GB RAM...

Really its up to debate which is the "best" but personally I prefer Radeon to Nvidia, I use a Radeon 6870 GX? I think?

Save yourself a few hundred bucks and get the GTX 780, curently ranked #2, just as good.

Worked very nicely for me before, but shaders have been updated a lot more, has it not?
