Hi! When you buy a donor rank such as diamond, you may have to wait up to 24 hours for your rank to come ingame. If you haven't received it in 24 hours, please email [email protected] with proof for your purchase.

As TheMangoTiger said please wait up to 24 hours for your rank to be updated, if you still do not have your donor rank in game please email [email protected] with proof of your purchase and the reason why your emailing them
