Banned?!?!?!?

i got banned it said for using sprint ? what the hell is sprint? and why would i be banned for it. I am a donor and i am banned for a week i payed money because love survival games, and i don't see how me not being able to use as much time as i can for the money i payed is fair. i didn't hack or mod,so please unbann me im finding this really ridiculous.

Were you using the sprint mod? That could be it. If not, do what Matt_The_Dreamer said
