Banned Unfairly

So about a week ago I was on the MCGamer Network I was in the hub and this kid posted his skype in chat. I said "Cant wait to ddos you" then I said jk and I still got banned. I have disputed and most of the mods have this same message they copy and Paste : Hey there! After reviewing the case, your punishment will remain.

Reason: DDoS Threats

Even if it is meant as a joke, it isn't allowed -- Your punishment will remain UPHELD

Honestly I dont understand how this is any different than somebody says they are
a hacker but they are not most of them get unbanned. Most of the Sr mods Ive talked to have been no help what so ever. I wish there was a Mod that actually would read it all. I can prove i dont ddos people nobody really cares its pretty sad

Technically, according to the rules your ban was not unfair. Even if you're joking, DDoS threats are an extremely serious thing and you should be more conscious of what you say on the network. Additionally, admitting to hacking (even jokingly) is also an offense that can and will most likely get you banned. It's just that those who threaten to DDoS are most often reported and those who admit to hacking are normally ignored unless an actual staff member sees it. Sorry about your ban, but you are probably not ever going to be unbanned.

Yea I just wish they would give me a second chance Ive been pretty active with banning hackers and recording i would just like to record and stuff again.
