Banned for no reason?

I had several moderators in my game, and i believe i killed one or two of them. Shortly after, they said, CoDGuardian I know you are using hacks, just turn them off. I had no hacks so i said "what?" and then i was banned. This seems kinda unfair. Also, at first it was just a seven day ban, but when i tried to log in again later, it just says i've been banned infinitely. I see no where to appeal bans, so i'm putting this in the forums, sorry if it is the wrong place.
