WEBSITE Avatar can't change

First, let me start by saying though I seem new here, I know all about forums and XenForo and such, so please don't treat me like a new member.

Anyways, let's begin. I joined a small while back and as you can see, my avatar is a hideous skin. So every time I try to change it, I pick a file and upload it. It tells me that I am successful, yet nothing happens. Please change this, or at least correct me.

To change you avatar, you must use a Gravatar. I believe there is a guide in General Support. The current avatar changed on the website is broken.

If someone could post the guide for me, that would be great (On a phone)
