AU MCGamer lag out when joining!

Whenever i join the MCGamer AU network i always lag out. Im just putting a suggestion in for that when we spawn in they players are automatically turned off; like the hive. if people feel that they want to turn n players again they can, but i feel that they shouldn't be on automatically as some Internets cant handle the sudden change on internet requirement.

So our AU servers are apparently experiencing power failure. We are contacting the datacenter now trying to figure out an ETA until they are online.
