hi,
My friend has a gaming mouse that allows him to program the buttons, one of his buttons is programed to repetitively click left click. I have the same mouse but I just wanted to know could I do this on MCSG or is it against the rules? I just wanted to ask as I like to play fairly.
Thank you,

As Le0 said once, everyone has an advantage: Mac players have the caps sprint lock, PC users have the ability to update the brightness of their screen too see in the dark.
Anything that doesn't modifies Minecraft is not against the rules.

That actually is against the rules. It's a macro that gives you an advantage, feel free to take it up with staff.

Unfortunately, this is not always the case.

An auto-clicking function would give you an unfair advantage that others don't have: the ability to almost never miss a hit on someone. It would almost be as bad as aimbot!

Because of this, any external macros/modifications that would drastically improve your gameplay like auto clicking functions that allow you to hit without even pressing your mouse are not allowed.

If you have any future questions, feel free to hop on the MCGamer teamspeak and ask around! ^_^

Question answered, thread locked. Have a great day. :)

TL;DR: Auto-clickers are not allowed.
