Anyone Else Notice This?

So,if you click the "What's New" button,it seems that a large amount of these threads are for new clans.I really don't get this since I am probably can't join any clans due to a terrible ratio but,I am wondering how many of these new clans actually become recognized or at least eligible to fight in clan wars.Post your comments in the voting poll :3

Most clans that are created, do not succeed... At all....

Basically for a clan to be good, or get popular, it has to have a well known member or a really good player of the community as leader. Then once people see a good player, they join the clan.

I don't really hang around clans but that's my experience.
