Oh yeah I forgot traps doesn't work I also have a Mac and I lag too using QuickTime

Ya, 30 seconds.

Screen flow is the best free Mac program, I've found.

Yeah i agree, when i had a mac i found that screen flow was the only decent recording program. screenium made me lag and also didn't have a very good recording quality.

QuickTime is what I use. It's already installed on Macs and it's really easy to use. If you want to pay, I recommend ScreenFlow (Just backin' up Zeno)
