Any rules against using this chest?

I just played a game on Teweran, and decided to check out the dragon. I found 2 double chests. The upper one was a normal tier 2 chest, but the lower one was wierd. It contained diamond boots, a gold sword, some instant heal splash potions, exp bottles, and some other stuff I can't remember. None of those items appear in the normal chest items. It didn't reset after refill. Should I not use this chest? Because it seems not randomized and there's diamond boots in it...

I then proceeded to wreck that game with the stuff from these two chests, so I'm not sure if this is intended to be here or not.

Its not a bug, its not a hack.

Explanations:

1. Not a bug, why? Its not a bug because its not a fault in the code of the plugin. Its because a chest wasn't tagged during the chest tagging session.
2. Not a hack, why? Why did you even ask me this...

It's not supposed to be there, but it's perfectly fine to use it. Anyone can find it, and the dragon kind of screams ERMAHGERD LOOTS HERE
