Anti SPAM?

Sometimes people spam so much i can only see part of my screen. Is there a plugin that you can add where if someone posts something to much in the matter of 10 seconds they get kicked or banned?

I think they're going to get a plugin to help this. If you see someone spamming, poke a mod on teamspeak or the forums, or make a report in the Report Abuse section with a screen shot for proof.
