An idea regarding staff

Hey! As you can see this thread is an idea regarding staff, and ranks. So here's the idea/suggestion.

* Introducing a Forum Moderator, Forum Helper, or something along the lines of that.

Why introduce this? : Well, many players, community members, and even staff feel their is a hacker problem in SG, or even in the other game modes. I think that if this idea with implemented, more time could be focused on stopping hackers. Oh, and in game moderators should be allowed to also be a forum moderator if wanted.

Pros : Old players who are tired out of the game could enjoy helping out with the community in some form.
More time spent focused on the community in both in game and on the forums.
Offers another type of moderation which some might be more interested in.

Cons : Some might abuse this ability
Disorganization regarding what's happening in the in game staff " community. "
Communication between both types of staff.

In the end, I feel this a great idea and should be considered!

We have these, they're called moderators. All of our moderators are expected to perform their duties on all platforms including the forums, TS, and server. With the 80-90 mods we currently have, there is plenty of time for all moderators to be ingame performing collectively hundreds, if not thousands, of bans per day. These moderators also spend their time moderating the forums in the report abuse section and performing regular forum duties.

In general, the idea has been brought up multiple times before and rejected because if we are to add members to our staff team, they should have experience on all platforms.
