ppl can do a special command to make an alliance and all of your names change color so they dont accidently kill you

This would be a bad idea. Two reasons:
1) Promote alliances even more
2) Some people want to betray their alliance or possibly waeken them

If you have an aliance where friendly fire is off, you can't backstab them.
