It could be true.
We don't know much about the universe yet,
Vsauce made a video about How much is the worth worth, There might be so many planets likes ours that we are not even special.
There have been multiples of Cases of seeing UFO's I highly think that is true,
Science doesn't know that much space knowledge to know if there are any aliens, Heck we don't know that much about earth.

Extraterrestrial beings are something I think everyone will have some kind of thought on. My personal opinion is I think, there are some sort of extraterrestrial beings out there.
Look at the universe, you know how the big the universe? I don't know, but it's big! Bigger then big. Huge! Huger then huge! Humongous! More humongous then humongous (You get the idea) But it's gigantic. You know, how many planets are out there? A ton! Like more then a ton! (It's getting old) From this giant universe, how is there not an extraterrestrial species out there? We (And animals) can't be the only living walking beings out there. Plus there's also the multiverse theory. So add that. Out of like 400 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 + one fqghuiogqehgquioghuoqeg, how can we and animals, not being the only living breathing walking things?
Also, about the planets. Scientists are finding so many earth like planets, it's absolutely insane. So boom, more icing on top.
That makes me wonder, do you think, there's another species of homo sapiens (Humans) on another planet? Like, one of the earth like planets. For instance, Gliese 581 c. Gliese 581 c is one of those earth like planets. Right distance from a star for temperature etc.
If a planet like Gliese for instance, has the requirements for human life, what if it does have human life? Are they as technically advanced as we are? Do they speak the engrish?! Well, I don't know. Can't say I would know without proof with mon les yeux.
And well, pushing the human topic aside, aliens! What do they look like o.o There's so many questions to ask about aliens. Do they have the same/more/less technology as humans? I wonder if we'll ever know..

It's very unlucky that there aren't aliens, but as for us humans finding them? That'll take a while :/

This topic could go many directions. My opinion would be yes. Currently today we barely have any knowledge on space of what is actually all the way out there. Considering that the universe is massive and most scientist think that it is endless, then there has to be some sort of human like life out there.
