Adobe Premiere problems PLEASE help.

I'm going to make this short because I don't feel like typing a bunch. Basically I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 to edit my Minecraft videos. I have Bandicam and it records in 720p. Unfortunately my computer isn't the best so I play Minecraft in a half-sized window to get good framerate. But when I import it into Premiere, the videos only takes up half the screen (Just like how my MC window only takes up half my monitor when I play.) The outer edge is just black. I can't seem to fix this. Can anyone help? Back when I recorded in 480p I simply changed a little setting when creating the project and it was fine, but now in 720p that doesn't work. -.- I doubt there is many Premiere experts on the forums but if you have any suggestions puuuleeeaase help me! I'm trying to make a montage but I can't :c

Yes, I know but there must be a way to make it so that it doesn't do this.

I don't use premier so I don't know how to make it bigger, so that you don't see any black borders on the sides. However, if you do this you will have major quality loss. I don't really know a good solution, except, you heard it, get a better computer.
