AdFly Contains A Virus!

I was downloading Parkour1000 (a map by sethbling) and suddenly I was downloading a "Video Media Player" application. I have chrome so it notified me that it that I am downloading something, and since I have a free security software called avast (its amazing, check it out), My download was halted and a new page poped up from avast saying what the program is downloading, where it was downloading from, and what the virus is. The virus is called "Win32:Adware-AZL". Just to warn you guys about this, I rather use MediaFire.

If you press 'Skip Ad' in the top right hand corner and you click the correct download link, there should be no virus or unknown file, unless the download itself is malicious.

I did. I have to wait 5 seconds, and within that 5 seconds, I "was" downloading it.
