A Question Concerning Skins

Could someone please tell me how to add the red, green and white sweater that I have on my current skin, onto my own skin, I am currently just using Grapeapplesauce's skin because I know he has the sweater, but I would like to put it on my personal skin.

You can use a program like Photoshop or Paint.NET to edit skins and combine different parts of the skin. You can use the marquee tool to select certain parts of the image.
