A Problem I'm Having With 1.8.1 ~

Here's a problem I've been having with 1.8.1 for a while now:

I've tried everything I can do to fix this, but it's still happening. I've attempted changing texture packs, changing my settings and even uninstalling and then reinstalling Minecraft but nothing seems to be working, so I was hoping one of you know how to fix this problem I'm having?

This is the reason I can not play MCGamer.

Where's this setting, people have told me to do it before - but I can never find it.

Apparently the Chunk loading setting is gone in 1.8, but you can try to turn Performance-> Lazy chunk loading off and mess around with Quality-> Antialiasing (maybe turn it off).
