A good gaming computer

Well hello there today I will be discussing about my crappy laptop that cant run even team fortress 2 at 20 or 30 fps (I know sad right) So ive really wanted a new gaming computer that can run games like arma 2 at full everything at like 60 or 100 fps and even record and have at least 50 fps but since im 13 I cant build crap I have no fudging idea what to do how to do it and what to buy so maybe anyone could help me get a gaming computer thats like 1000 bucks or 1100 bucks or lower trust me I really need this new computer my current laptop cant run on far without even lagging or even normal

I've an Xps 8500 Its really great

I have an acer (not recomended) predator G series pc but it works great and I got usually get 200fps on minecraft on all the best settings and far render distance
reason for acer is that for some reason they needs to be repaired often (in my case anyways)

200fps on what minecraft? well I think after 30 it dosent matter its the same thing but I need a gaming computer that can run games like arma 2 and teamfortress 2 on full everything on high so yea I hope a computer i buy will be worth it I dont want to get screwed over

Buy a XPS with 16 GB of ram & a good videocard. Don't waste your money on the harddrive. Just buy a cheap extrernal one which will let your PC run faster

ill take the 1 tb with 16 gig and amd radeon
