500 subs speedart + Giveaway

Hey guys, this isn't 100% art related but the main.... point of it is.... so I put it here If a mod feels its in the wrong spot or you guys don't want it here you can move it,I don't really care but I will explain why its here.... kinda....

So, Recently my channel hit 500 subs so I did a remake of my YouTube banner to see and show how far I have come, and the reason I'm posting here is because this is where all my art started! Doing art for you guys ! So go check out the speed-art and the comparison at the end, my old banner compared to my new banner! (If you want anyone is welcome to join the giveaway )

Ya :| but it would have taken like.... 2 hours to hand draw all the grass and rocks.

The actual banner it's self in total took 3 and a half hours, plus the 2+ hours it would take to hand draw the "textures" and that Is quite a long time for one banner. I did this all in one night and there is absolutely no way I would have time to spend 5+ hours on a banner, keeping in mind that I have to do about 2 hours of homework every night and I tell you now, balancing chemical equations is not my strong side :3

So im sorry you dont like the fact I put in textures, but its in the past and I quite like the look of it :3 Ill try not to next time

Alright, but you could have just drawn directly on the grass. The textures do look a bit weird since they're 2 dimensional and you're trying to create depth with the field of grass. You could have also stopped for that day, and continued the next one
