5 Hearts of Damage with Fists Glitch

Hello mcsg Lately I have been killed of spawn in 2 hits by someone who has his fists and i have for example full chain I know some people call this 'Diamond Fists' It happened in a clan battle but as its a glitch I cant really complain. Please Fix This im not the only one who hates this! Please Fix - spax

Mojang know's of the bug and they are working on it, so that won't be necessary xD
