48 Player Map and 120 Player Map for Quarter Quell

In all of the pictures and forum discussions leading up to the Quarter Quell release, information about a 48 player and 120 player map was released.

I'm not making this up, Chad said it himself, and all of the pictures have 120 starting podiums in them instead of 24.

So I would just like to know if those will be released in the future, or did the staff just trash the idea and hoped no one noticed.

They will be released at some point in the future; we just released the 24 player map first to evaluate the resource usage of the disasters without being impacted by a higher player count.
