Map description: When the Panem War was over, tributes were still fighting to the death in the Hunger Games. President Snow decided to hold the year's annual Hunger Games in a city. When placed in the city, tributes refused to fight. President Snow moved them to a different arena, thus the arena was never played. It was forgotten, and forever lies in this arena.
