1.8 Change

Before you click off thinking this is the mindless uttering of someone who can't accept change, hear me out: we as the players of the MCGamer community have experienced many changes in very recent times: the (eventual) leaderboards reset, the release of MCGamer v2, and more.

Although the dropping of 1.7 support was announced a few days ago, it hasn't happened yet, thankfully. The community as a whole would not enjoy this but change is inevitable, much like the transition from 1.6 to 1.7 (although it seems like pvp has changed more drastically this time around). What with all the recent change, my only request is that the mandating of 1.8 be pushed back at least a bit. Thank you.

I don't really think they will revert it back to 1.8 since they made it official and I think more users are getting used to 1.8, 1.7 was my main update until I quit the whole server scene, but very good understanding topic.

Tbh I don't see the big deal, I it as a positive. Most people will be trying to get used to the new features which put people at an even playing field.
