Macros is not allowed for normal players. Only staff may use Macros, because, well, normal players can use it for cheating ingame. Hope this helps.

This is correct. From a staff perspective, text marcos can be used to easily give blanked messages the the server that may need to be repeated quite frequently while moderating.

I wanted to say Chat Macros, because I saw JustAHotDog doing it in a video, so I just stuck safe with generic Macros.

If you're referring to the macros in which one key can do multiple things (for example hit someone then jump and hit again at once), no one is allowed to use it. If you're referring to the macros in which you can click a button and it types something in chat, then only staff can use it since it can be used to spam/chat flood.
