I decided to leave motion-blur on, which in my opinion helps to cover some low FPS patches, but lowers overall quality and sharpness.
I was aware that the Minecraft volume was too loud in the video, as was the sound of my Heat Sink so I'll do something about that next time, but other constructive criticism is most welcome!
