We have 115 moderators, and we are constantly hiring. A new moderator was hired less than 10 minutes ago, two others have been put forward to interview today, and there are still lots more to come. There is no need to worry, we're definitely not running out of staff.

Basically all of them said they weren't as active as they needed to be and they didn't feel like they did the best job they could do.
