PvP server?

What is going on MCSG, Floppy here. I know that this will be a bust, but whatever! In the next couple of weeks, i want to set up a public PvP server. Most of you may know the server MCSwish(which is located in eu). Here in US there is no public PvP server, so i would like to have better ping. I will have funds to run the server for the first month (10$); enough to get the server spawn, the arenas, and the plugins. When i feel the server is ready, i will be doing a livestream of it and i will also have a grand opening. The only way the server can be run is by having donations. I cant pay for others' fun, i wish i could but i am not financially able too. If you help out by donating or helping me get the server running, you will get a special rank on the server. All i need to help start this server are:

-some builders
-plugin managers
-donators
