I first off want to apologies for the long delay of a front page post updating everything. IRL, I have been really busy and it took me awhile to sit down and update everyone with everything we are doing. This is the continuation of my last update post "MCGamer Lobby and Network upgrades!" (I would read this if you haven't already before this post):

Abandon Ship! New EU data center confirmed and moving soon:

So our Europe location went from bad to worse this last week. We are aware of this and trying to solve the issue but we can confirm it's the data center. Not sure who started a rumor that we "downgraded" our Europe location or just "don't care". Like what we stated before on our last post: <geek talk>Our data center we use currently without CubedHost's and our knowledge "made our service worse" by cutting our throughput usage from 1Gbps to 300Mbps.</geek talk>. We have been fighting with them to give us the our old quality of service back or we will leave them. Well you can guess who won that argument and we are now leaving them to go to a brand new datacenter in Amsterdam. If you were a part of the test, we had reports that the quality of the connection improved mostly everywhere around the UK and EU regions.

We will be moving within the next few days and you all should see a huge improvement in that network with also more SG servers in that region and possibly KitPVP. With this move, EU costs have jumped and we need to make sure it's worth it. So please keep us informed with your experiences while playing as we really need to know. Also if you see the improvements, and you are a non premium player, please consider upgrading to help us continue to use this datacenter.

New AU node is online and network update:

We purchased a new node in AU to finally put the SG Classic and Quarter Quell into AU (maybe KitPVP as well). Details soon when we are online in that location. We are working with our hosting company to better address the networking issue (random drops) we been experiencing. Details later as we find out the issue.

Issues with CA networks:

We are working with OVH to troubleshoot some hardware issues and network issues with the servers. We will update you once we get everything back online and find out the issue.

Stability with the QQ servers fixed:

We had issue with both the US and EU servers hosting Quarter Quell which we just solved for different reasons. US had an issue with the RAM sticks and EU had an issue with the CPU. Lag spikes should now be solved because we solved these 2 issues.

More updates soon and also keep an eye out for a nice giveaway on our twitter account happening tomorrow:
