As i said to blake i will be on TS after, but if a rule is broken its a DQ, conflict of interest or no conflict of interest. Same as someone breaking a normal MCSG rule. No matter who takes over it is still breaking the rules so would ultimately end in a DQ. But if you would like to talk about conflict of interest after i happily will.

I could show you the Skype conversation we had, which you agreed that it would be a DQ if an owner broke a rule before i mentioned apex? why should the name apex change the outcome? is that not conflict of interest in itself?
