So I put the red stone torch into place in the casino and heard a switch open somewhere but could not figure out where. Help? lol

FAIL, ok so u drop items into the holes and once u drop items into all the holes a despencer activates and gives u something and if it gives u a red stone torch place the torch on the red stone block on the left and another dispenser will drop full iron armor 2 diamonds and a iron sword.

I never get the torch.

U could also get the lever from the sand trap and use it instead of the torch.

Not really, I get the lever and the casino about 3 minutes before the refill, just enough time too win.
