I'm very impressed how MOST of the community handled this situation when it was presented.

Also, you can't necessarily ban someone for doing something like this, I don't think... we've seen plenty of trolls on this network.

There's no need to flame on this thread or anywhere else, because that is actually bannable.

Just leave him to learn his lesson instead of drilling it in his head repeatedly.
