I mean its a pretty cool map. Yes, there may be some glitchs or unfair advanteges... but thats no reason to remove a map that someones put there hard work into it and (I think because look at it) A LOT of time as well as that. I think its a little buggy, yes, but state your opinion in a nicer way and as some people as well as me said those are some very poor points of veiw on your part. But I agree with many of the people that spoke in this thread your view and judgement (As well of how you put it) Are very rude and poor.

Also you can dodge arrows in water and really? You are skilled or not. You either take the team or swim (run on islands). I know this problem because I ran into it, but all you can do is dodge arrows get a chest that hopefully has a weapon and beat the person up. The water is part of the map to and thats pretty much the theme~A ocean and an isle. There are other maps but sometimes people are just in the mood for the ocean (maybe all the time which in my opinion is no fun and has no variety) And its not like every time you play it will be boombeards.

i agree! it should be removed. its like a wanna be Breeze, but its not. it is aweful.

Well, there's a new crappy map called Boombeard's battle. First off, all of Corn is water, along with 50% of the map. How is that suppose to be fun? 2nd off, 6 people spawn in the beginning of the game right next to the Corn chests, making it impossible for the others to get the chests. 3rd off, there are no other tier 2's in the whole map, maybe like 1 or 2... 4th off, you can get a diamond chestplate, WTF was mcsg thinking when they accepted this map?!?!

Totaly agree with this.. maybe not the greatest choice by the map comittee but it sure isn't really the best map.

Why would they accept a map by someone who hasn't played mcsg once? >.<. They knew there would be problems with the map.
also have a fair amount of space for water based pvp.

It's isn't really the community that decides what map goes in and what map goes out. We have something called the "Map Comittee".

That's because if you jump on the pressure plate on your pedetisal it gives you a boat to sail to corn with. Everyone can do that at the moment. (We are releasing a new version of the map soon without any boats however).

And even if 6 people did spawn at corn, that wouldn't be a reason to remove the map. It would be a plug-in problem, not the maps.

As for the enchanted armor, we know about it. In the new version we're releasing later today, there will be no boats nor OP items.

And again, why is OP items a reason to remove a map? It still looks... well, look above.

But breeze's corn is a lot smaller than boombeards, making it easier to get away before getting shot multiple times at corn like I did when I played it. :/

most boats fall on the ground behind u if u are correctly positioned u will get it + this is an fault by mcsg because it was not the original spawn to this map so it is mcsg's fault not the original map or its makers
