I recently got in, then was kicked a minute later for a donater because I was the newest player to join. I think it should be the oldest player who gets kicked because they have been playing for the longest.

A good tactic when it comes to getting into a server is to play with friends. It's a lot easier to join a specific server (US11, for example) when you have a friend in there that can scream "JOINJOINJOIN" over Skype at you when someone disconnects. This definitely raises the possibility of you getting in considerably.
