No more restarting at the end of games!

After a very positive response from the community, we've decided to remove the kicking functionality at the end of the game (most of the time).
Except in cases where the server needs to physically restart (every 3 games right now, but we're working to increase that to at most every 5 games), you will be told at the end of the game that the server is cleaning up, and you will be sent back to the lobby.

There are a few goals behind this change:

• make it easier for non-premium members to get in a server and stay in a server (provided they don't leave when they die)
• lessen the load on the hubs, freeing up some moderators from moderating chat to moderating servers

Good feature, iknow quite a few people who are going to enjoy this feature also in clan wars you can just stay in the server. Instead of finding a new one.
