I've been seeing a lot of these threads around. Giving strats on how to take out a team and stuff. I wanted to make one myself. Remember this is only while you're playing solo, not with anybody else.
1. FnS (Flint and Steel) is always necessary when I try to take out a team. What I usually do with the FnS is try to light one of them on fire. Usually when I do this the one on fire will run away. I always try to take out one by one to make the fight easier. Make sure that you have good placement with the FnS. If you don't try to do it from a point blank range. Usually helps.
2. Bow and Fishing rod. I know a lot of people don't really know how to do the fishing rod tactic. That's basically where the bow and FnS come in. Anyways, having a bow and arrow is always vital. A strategy I sometimes use with the bow is to constantly bow spam one of the teamers and then go for the one that is the lowest. Having a fishing rod is good as well. Even if you don't know how to use the fishing rod tactic. Yes a lot of people may hate me for this but if you're on a water map you could always rod spam them in the water. Also remember the unlimited fishing rod glitch. It's still in Minecraft for some reason. But, the way to do this is simply fishing rod another player, then switching to another hotbar space instead of reeling it in.
3. Strafing. Having good strafing skills will help you a lot. If it's juking people out or getting one into a corner and circling around the. Having this skill will help a ton because you can simply strafe around the 2nd teammates hit. You can focus on one person and try to strafe around the other. I do this many times and it seems to work pretty darn good. Especially if you know how to.
4. Block hitting. Since 1.7 has a new sprint button, block hitting has become more OP. Since you can sprint right after you block hit that is. If you don't already know block hitting reduces damage from you. It also does damage to the other player ( duhhh). Anyways, block hitting a two teammers is always good. Considering you take less damage. Doing this, bow spamming and lighting them on fire constantly will always kill them. At least if you do it right. As well, always ignore the negative comments you get about being a block hitter. Many people think it's a nooby tactic but it's actually a pretty good one.
