Here I have put a couple things that have been brought to my attention during my almost 12 hours of playing on the servers. Replies with other suggestions to be added to the list are welcomed, and please tag appropriately. like so: [glitch] [complaint] [question] [suggestion] [other]
1. Difficulty of Non-Doners Joining
I realize that giving the donators the privilege of kicking a non-donor whenever he/she pleases is a great marketing strategy, but one must always keep in mind those who are unable to donate, due to reasons such as they are to young to have a card. The only ways I could think of that a non-donor gets to join a game (besides donating) is having been in the server previously before the restart, using Nodus's auto-join feature (which in itself is promoting hacking) or having a friend in the game who tries to get other players to leave the game, using methods such as tricking players to hold ALT-F4

Chad could use some of the leftover money from donors to hire a programmer to create a COD-like matchmaking web-app, where a player puts in their username and gives them an ETA on when a server will be available to join, and reserve a spot on that server for that user. I am aware of the many reasons this could not work, but it's just one suggestion.
Something else that I have heard non-donors complain about is when they finally join a server and they immediately get kicked by a donor. If there were a system that made it so after a user gets kicked, he cannot get kicked again until a "safe period" expired (could be 5 minutes or something).
2. Confusion Regarding How to Play
I've noticed that this ink is unavailable, either because nobody has bothered to write it, or somebody just forgot to implement it. If the former, I am sure that people (including me) would be glad to help out and contribute some writing for the page. There are some things that people are unaware of that are a vital part of the gameplay:

- Commands (What are they and what do they do?)
- Point system (That it takes 2.5% of your points away when you die. This could include bounties and how to use them)
- Glitches (Are they discouraged? Which ones are known and which are not?)
- How to become a moderator/VIP.(If possible.) What a mod/VIP does to help the community and/or extra privileges that come with being one.
There is probably already a post or two with new suggestions, but I figure I'd say some of mine while I got your attention.
- Point-depending name colors. (500 points light green name, 1K pink, 2K black ect)
- Post number of wins in prefix; like so: (SPEC)11:700Egrodo (11 representing wins)
- Option to disable auto refresh on servers page. Having it open in the background slows down computers and at times causes Minecraft to crash.
