Actually having to struggle for survival was an amazing experience. Having to use food wisely and fight for survival made the game awesome. Ask anyone who played back then about how they felt about the old gameplay. Everyone had to fight for survival, even the pros. It may be harder but that doesn't make it worse.Im sorry the majority of the players doesn't want what you want.
Also all I remember from the V1 chests was that weapons, food and armor was scarce which sounds fine if you say it like that. But really the scarceness of weapons and armor makes the game incredibly luckbased which is really annoying Imo. About the food, if you have one or 2 decent routes you will never be starving if you walked it, regardless if you're playing in v1 or v2. So it's not too big of a deal if that would stay the same, what will happen is noobs will be having an extremely tough time which I doubt makes for an awesome experience.
I totally agree with you Kezzer I was one of the first 50 people to play MCSG (V1 that is ).It was allot challenging and survival like, more intense thinking on preserving food or not but now that MCSGv2 came out the the noobs(as we like to call) are used to it.But the majority of people playingMCSG now are the people who didnt know there even was MCSGv1 so It's our ressponsiballty to keep MCSG balanced with V1 players and V2 players. So in any case or senirio we can object because of the noobish suggestion they give but also try to keep it balanced both for V1 and V2 players.Actually having to struggle for survival was an amazing experience. I played in v1 and I didn't felt like I had to fight for survival I felt like I was getting screwed over becauseme i got a clock and a cookie in a tier 2s while someone else got almost full iron for example. I agree with you about having to use your food well, since we do have the luxury of throwing some food out so we can only keep the food with good saturation. So I wouldn't mind if they nerved that. But I still prefer v2 since everybody can have a good chance at getting geared while v1 was way more luckbased Imo.Actually having to struggle for survival was an amazing experience. Well to be honest the main thing wrong with V2 is the high abundance of food, weapons and armour. When I say food I don't just mean the amount of it either I also mean the types of food. Food should be limited to a few select items and left at that.I totally agree with you Kezzer I was one of the first 50 people to play MCSG (V1 that is ).It was allot challenging and survival like, more intense thinking on preserving food or not but now that MCSGv2 came out the the noobs(as we like to call) are used to it.But the majority of people playingMCSG now are the people who didnt know there even was MCSGv1 so It's our ressponsiballty to keep MCSG balanced with V1 players and V2 players. So in any case or senirio we can object because of the noobish suggestion they give but also try to keep it balanced both for V1 and V2 players.
Yes you would occasionally get screwed over but with a few adjustments tier 2 chests could be nerfed enough to make them useful but not so much that you are stuck with a clock and a cookie...I played in v1 and I didn't felt like I had to fight for survival I felt like I was getting screwed over becauseme i got a clock and a cookie in a tier 2s while someone else got almost full iron for example. Yes I highly agree with you as I did in my earlier post. There is just a very big variety of food in any chest you go into but in V1 it used to be like a quote from me "Eat this no eat this layer it has more saturation" but now it's like "IDK I'm just gona eat this I'm going to find more food anyways".Well to be honest the main thing wrong with V2 is the high abundance of food, weapons and armour. Touchy all of us have a different opinion so we can state itHoly crap, people dont like v1 chests! Some people cant take a different opinion than their own -.-
No, but in the manner it was stated. "I lost faith in humanity." Doesnt seem like he's stating it very openely..Touchy all of us have a different opinion so we can state it
