What is your guys opinions on this..
There was a mod and I at death match on breeze island. As soon as DM started she jumped in the water and sat in the middle constantly hitting me back with a fishing rod over and over again. If you were unaware that she was a mod and you wrote after constantly being hit back "piss off", what do you guys think would be a suitable punishment? After a couple of responses i will tell you what this mod thought was a good idea to do to me.

I would do nothing but maybe say please don't be rude. But that's just me. Now if it were strong profanity used, such as "F*** off", it would be an immediate punishment.

I recall saying 'Excuse me?', giving you the chance to redeem yourself, and you replied with 'you can read'. Saying 'sorry' would've been enough for you to not be banned, yet with that reply, I sort of had to. The ban was well-deserved and if you think I'm abusing my mod powers, you can contact Snr. Staff.

Being banned for 3 days for that? Like I'm just going to say that is abusing powers. You did not even disrespected staff in my opinion. Maybe the mod can even consider "I love you" as harassment.....

If you had said "Don't Say that", "Please don't disrespect staff" or "Warning 1" then i would have know straight away to stop. Honestly you are ridiculous, the ban is in NO WAY deserved. I have talked to ADMINS and SR Staff. All people who are obviously higher ranked than you and every single one has said "It shouldn't have been 3 days" or "All i would have done of warned you and kicked you".

Your ban dispute would have been lifted then which should keep you happy. A ban for abuse is 3 days so I simply followed mod rules. Also, insulting me does nothing for you so please stop doing it.

ZacVigar has a point. Honestly Kytria you have to think and admit to yourself that you did not do the right thing and banned someone for barely any reason. I am not a staff member but its obvious that when something like this happens your supposed to give a warning. And you failed to do that sadly. If ZacVigar actually said something disrespectful and kept doing it, that would be an immediate kick. So you have the lower hand here and sadly you ruined a person time here in the MCSG. Many people including staff think you were unreasonable and are very sad this has happened to ZacVigar.

Now I have wasted a day thanks to you Kytria. I have had to spend a whole day being pissed off and bored trying to not have to wait 3 days to be unbanned! Cant you realise that you are wrong here? All i ask is that i get unbanned.
