Adopt a new player!

This is how it'll go.
Genuinely, players who played under 2 months are usually new and lost. Therefore, I'm suggesting / making a thread for new players and helpers.

Players, or helpers, can help those new players.

Therefore, to help those new players, I'm making an application system for players and helpers.

New player application (must join under 2 months ago) :
What I need help in : (forruming, pvp, chest routes, playing smart, taking teams, etc)
How you can contact me : (Skype/Mumble/TeamSpeak, (name)

Helper application (Make sure you know what you're doing)
What I can offer help with : (pvp, destroying teams, clutching, using the forums, making chest routes etc)
How you can contact me : (exactly like new player format)
How long I have played / experience : (16 months / A lot of it)

Note : If both the helper and the new player's needs match / or are comfortable with each other, they can help each other.
Note 2 : You may keep your information confidential, and message them in-game
Note 3 : I will be updating applications and those who are adopted.

I'm sure that this may help new players, you can also ask players online if they want any help. (in-game)
Hopefully, this becomes a thing. I really want to see more players on this server having fun together, in harmony. Let's prove that this community is not going to sheet, and that we're helping each other to become better and better.

I can understand what you're getting at with this proposal, but a lot of players don't use the forums, so they wouldn't really be able to get much help. As a mod, I'll try to help them as much as possible, but still.

What I can help with: I can help teach PVP (As a clan leader, I make sure that all of my clan members are top-notch PVP'ers), takin' out teams (I love doing this, and fighting teams is part of what makes MCSG exciting for me), using the Forums (I'm.... decent? I know my way around the forums, it's just that I don't really post a ton), chest-routes (I have decent to good chest routes on pretty much all the major maps, except for ones that I haven't played on yet.)
I also really enjoy helping players make new friends. I don't mind giving out wins, as long as I don't give out every single match I play. I tend to give people handicaps most of the time, according to how skilled they are.
I'd love to see the community grow more and more, and if I can help... then hoorah!

How experienced I am: I believe I started around September 2012, but only started seriously playing in December 2012. Now I have 350+ wins, have been in two fairly good clans (Rebels and EliteSquad) and play many, many hours of Minecraft a day. I don't know anyone who plays more hours per day than me (14 per day? Nuh uh.)

What I need help in : I think everything ... but mainly killing people :O! I have a great luck or whatever to keep alive until deathmatch... I´ve come in 2nd or 3rd place on like 60% of the games I´ve played but I don´t have any kills :C I always lose in face to face combat
