How Do You Die?

Hey Guys,

I don't know if this kind of thread was already made, but I thought it would be interesting to see how people end up dying.

So, as the thread title says, how do you die? How do you end up dying?

For me:
10% = Teams
15% = I have to leave
20% = I die to a teammate in DeathMatch
5% = Dying because the other person is better than me
5% = Hackers
44% = Dying off of the beginning from getting a stone sword and getting too greedy

On CA they are. There's a trick to get it every game, without winning, that a lot of people know about now.
