Hello i'm Unuxon. I made this thread because i need the communitys help with somehting. Ever since i really got into minecraft i've raged. Any of you who play with me a lot would know. I usually keep my cool when playing mcsg solo but when playing servers like the faction server and i die or something i rage hard and sometimes end up saying unnecsarry rude things to people that i don't mean at all and regret saying it once i cool down. The wierd thing is i don't get super mad over anything irl, I just rage when playing video games. Raging really does affect my gameplay and just ends up ticking me off even more. If you have any tips for me about keeping my cool i would love to hear them.

I agree, when I rage and shiver, I do really bad. :/
I don't do this, but listening to music will calm you down a bit, but sometimes you stop thinking of what you are actually doing... xP

I always close all the doors around me to make sure no one hear me Hulk-smashing my PC when I rage...

Play a game, just think of all the good things that happened that match, take a break and continue. :)

If you end up frusturated when you lose a couple in a row, stop playing for a bit. Ventalate, get some food, and calm down. When youre frustuated, your gameplay goes down.

This probably doesn't work for everyone, but I keep a scrambled Rubik's Cube next to me. Whenever I think I'm about to get mad, I stop whatever I'm doing and solve it. I guess this works for me because I know how to solve them quite easily. I'm usually done with the puzzle in about 30 seconds, but it seems like enough time to get myself in order. I guess my advice is to find something that takes your mind off of the game.
